Do you have a morning ritual?
This is so important, it really does get your day off to the right start and ensure you are in the right Stae of Mind to be prepared for whatever comes your way through out the morning.
If you read about famous or successful people, theres a few things in common that stand out enormously. They have a morning ritual or routine that ensures they start their day off well, setting them up to have a great day with purpose and therefore feeling rewarded at the end of the day.
To begin with, this can be as little as 10 mins. Can you prepare yourself the night beforehand, to commit to just a mere 10 mins after you get out of bed? If not, you need to ask yourself if you really do want to change, or improve, or hell, actually succeed.
Here is one to start with:
Few minutes thinking about positive things/people in my life
10 minutes guided meditation app
5 mins brain exercise app
1 coffee, brekky, Hot shower
Once you can commit to this for 3 weeks, its time to include more, possibly some exercise.
