5minMonday 031 – Pete’s 12 HOUR WALK

A really rewarding day, sorry for the 10 minute 5min Monday but I wanted you to actually hear the audio recordings I did throughout the day. Other than that, no phone usage, phone on Airplane mode, no music or podcasts, entirely on my own with no agenda.

I went through the whole cycle of excitement, negativity, acceptance, calmness, chlllness, getting into the “zone”, and a sense of achievement. 12 hours later and 60 kms I became so relaxed and had such a feeling of clarity.
